Tofu and Tatters Extra Firm Tofu can be taken and frozen for a few days then take it out ring it out and cut it up in about 1/2 inch think slices. Place these on a greesed cookie sheet or pan and back with 1/4 inch sliced pealed potatoes. Before you put them in the oven top them with your favorite spices. We like garlic salt and basil really well but you can put anything you like on it. These cook in about 20 minutes in the oven at 425 degrees. I usually serve with fresh veggies like carrots, celery, broccoli, bell peppers or salad.

Berrie Smoothie Place 1 cup of favorite berries or mixture of berries in the blender and add 2 cups of your favorite kind of milk (We like a number of different versions of soy milk). Then add a teaspoon of sugar if you want it sweeter or your berries happen to be a little sour. The kind of milk you use will also make a difference in how much sweetner you want to have in it.
